My guesses:
Seated (L to R): Henrietta Messing +daughter, Bessie, ?, Dora, Grandma, Minnie.
Standing: Hank (crutches) and Celia Horowitz, ? behind Hank, David and Millie Marowitz in front of Ruth and Dad, Herman Messing+daughter, Anna & Sam, Norman with Izzy (possibly Harry Lozowick) behind him, Millie Siegel in front of Eddie Lane (?), Sam and Marion
Carol Horowitz was born 1942; might be her sucking her thumb front left. She had three older sisters who must be in front. The Messings had three daughters.
I think David Marowitz was in the Coast Guard in 1944 but might have been on leave. Where is Mom? Henry Siegel? Sylvia?
Maybe Sidney Pullman is in the photo.
I have a copy of a 1947 group photo with Mom & Dad, Celia & Hank, Sam & Anna, Izzy & Bessie, Sam & Marion, Millie & Henry (all identified), and possibly Henry's brother George. Some of my guesses are based on that photo, as well as the fact that Hank Horowitz needed crutches. I also have a copy of a 1939 photo of Dora & Harry. Harry and Izzy look alike. Only one of them is in the picture. Hard to tell which one but in the 1947 photo Izzy appears to be quite short, a forehead shorter than Dad. In the 1944 shot Harry/Izzy is the same height as my father. So I think it is Harry in this photo.
Based on the year, I would guess it is Cynthia Messing on Henrietta's lap, and I would further guess that it is Joanne Messing sitting on the ground in the front row on the far right, and carol messing just left of her.
That is about all the help I can provide. Hard following the way you are listing some folks. I knew Bessie, I want to say she passed shortly after by Bar Mitzvah. Izzy died before I was born. My middle name Ezra was in his honor.
